Frontline House of Representatives aspirant for Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Ademola Alalade, has emphasized the urgent need for a more functional and responsive local government system in the area. He stated that in every thriving society, governance must begin at the grassroots, where everyday realities directly impact the people.

Alalade described Ibadan North as the heartbeat of Oyo State and stressed that residents deserve more from their local government, one that actively delivers infrastructure, preserves dignity, and creates opportunities. He identified key areas that must be prioritized: quality roads and transportation, pipe-borne water, sanitation, healthcare, education, modern markets, libraries, recreational and safe public spaces, as well as community-based security.

“These are not luxuries,” Alalade noted, “but essential services every citizen deserves.” He reaffirmed his commitment, if elected, to work in partnership with relevant institutions to attract and implement infrastructure projects that will truly transform lives across the local government.
